On the contrary the Job of a Human Resource manager is one of the toughest in any organization. A HR manager will have to look at new recruits and find ways to retain old employees. This might be said easier than done because of the increasing competition to get experienced candidates and the challenges that come when keeping employees happy. The HR manager is constantly evolving field which gets its inertia from the increasingly competitive market. There is no room for mistakes for a HR manager. Competitors feed on mistakes of other HR managers.

Competition is not just form local areas but also from international areas. A HR manager needs to strategically acquire employees by being resilient, adaptable and agile. These quantities are the most important qualities in a HR manager. A HR manager needs to become a mentor for the employees and has to evolve with the partner’s needs. A HR professional has to understand the need of the organization and the big picture to be able to better assist its need for human resource. Another important requirement of a HR is to be able to manage the present number of employees. The happiness of these employees depends on various things such as the diversity of the work place, the telecommuting and the illiteracy rates. Various strategies are employed by HR managers to get the company what it wants. The HR manager will also have to fire employees the occasional number of times and for this it needs to find out the weak links in the company, firing which there will be no loss of productivity. This is one of the hardest part of the Job for a HR manager for which she or he has to evolve new strategies to make it possible.
