1-2-3 Not-for-Profit Financial Basics

This workshop series teaches the financial fundamentals to staff, volunteers, and board members of small organizations. Attend one or attend them all, it’s up to you. If you attend the three-part workshop series, your small organization (with a budget of $350,000 or under) will be eligible for a free Accounting Consultation with a volunteer CPA.

Creating a Budget and Constructing Cash-Flow Projections
Help your organization achieve its mission by learning to create a solid budget that will serve as a roadmap to move your organization forward, as well as help you obtain and track funding.
