CPAs for the Public Interest (CPAsPI), in collaboration with ShoreBank and the Nonprofit Financial Center, has released a resource booklet, "Make Every Dollar Count - Simple Cash Management for Nonprofit Organizations." Written from the perspective of nonprofit organization, the booklet includes helpful tips and techniques for nonprofit budgeting, cash-flow management, handling deficits and surpluses, and working with your bank.
